Parking & Property Policies

All vehicles must be PARKED AND LOCKED when unattended. Licensees are responsible for securing their vehicles/equipment and assume responsibility for damage to vehicles, property, or persons while on the premises.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Heavy mechanical work or repairs
• Oil changes
• Hazardous materials
• Dumping or abandoning tires, truck parts, equipment, or other materials

All trash must be placed in designated trash bins. Do not leave trash, tires, parts, or other items in parking spaces or anywhere on the property.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES.

Failure to follow property policies, including repeated violations or unauthorized dumping, may result in termination of your parking agreement and towing procedures.
